Tree shelters promote faster growth, quicker establishment and protect from damage by wild animals.

Correctly used, they can reduce the cost of herbicide application, the time spent on inspection and maintenance, and the stresses associated with the transfer from nursery to planting site. They can also avoid the need for fencing.

The Standard, Shrubshelter and Ecostart ranges all:-

Have a flared rim to prevent abrasion when the tree grows out of the top of the shelter
Have a "laserline" which allows the shelter to split when the tree has grown & filled the shelter
Are made from environmentally acceptable polypropylene - no damaging PVC
Have pre-fitted releasable ratchet tie(s) included in the price
Naturally photodegrade over time

NETGUARD

A tough mesh delivered as pre-cut pieces for wrapping around the young plant. Available with an optional set of two releasable ties for attachment to a stake and a smaller ratchet tie to close the rim. No growth-enhamcment or herbicide protection, but protects from wild animals.
